Political Collective of Electromagnetic Torture Victims

In the name of humanity, and Declaration of Human and Civic Rights, set by France's National Constituent Assembly in 1789, and starting with the Preamble of this text : the representatives of the French people, constitued as the National Assembly, considering that ignorance, oblivion or disregard for human rights are the sole causes of public misfortunes and government   corruption, have resolved.

Given the Decree 2016-1675 of the 5th December 2016 and Article 1 to establish the General Inspectorate of Justice under the Minister of Justice;

Given Article 16 of DHCR of 1789 that :" Any society in wich the guarantee of rights is not ensured, nor the separation of powers determined,has no constitution." 

With regard to the hierarchy of norms in French law,

Art 2 that " The aim of every political association is the preservation of the natural and imprescriptible human rights. These rights are liberty, property, security, and resistance to oppression."

Given Art.17, that:"Property is an inviolable and sacred right, no one can be deprived of it, expect in legally established and legally notified cases of public necessity, and on condition of fait and prior compensation."

Our brain has been an inviolable property since the beginning of our conception in utero, we cannot be deprived of it, we demand an end to violations by the French army, the national gendarmerie, the state officials who are fully aware of their actions taken against our rights in the most cowardly, ignoble and perverse way possible
