For many years, we have been victims of infamous tyrannical persecution, experiments of all kinds (especially MK-Ultra 2.0), and acts of torture inflicted on us daily, some of the worst in terms of suffering that can be inflicted on individuals.  We are currently in regular contact with many people who are also victims of the same horrors as us. To justify these abominable practices against us and maintain the illusion (mainly for citizens) that they have the right and legitimacy to act in this way, our governments continually lie, cover up certain truths with secrecy, and continually subject us to unstoppable and cumulative disloyal acts such as the use of implants and/or remotely controlled weapons, mental/mood/nervous system manipulation, coercion, etc.  The operation of the strategy we are victims of already contributes, through its circular structure, to a form of mental manipulation, but we believe that the reasoning and interpretations of our laws on which our states rely do not even pass the test of common sense. Remotely monitored using satellite-based technologies (remote neural monitoring)m we are thus subjected to constant surveillance. The reading and manipulation of our thoughts and dreams, the control of our nervous system, and V2K are means used to torture us. There are also gang stalking and physical attacks—via directed energy weapons—that torture us day after day.
